It's worth noting how empty some of London seems, even in March 2020-- there's a strange sense of foreboding. Even before filming halted, this was never going to be a normal season.

It's related to the bloc, but they don't have full membership. Think of them as affiliates.

This second leg is sooo weird... that roadblock was so easy, then just the detour...
Is this a KOR leg and they are not telling us until the last team?
Or a double leg like the old school TAR where teams would meet Phil alone in the middle of the leg.
