I mean that right there is a big hint when you mention the Kuku Yalanji people. Wiki gives us some good info:

So the best guess is the Mossman River opening. Geographically it seems similar but I'm still struggling to get an exact match. Google maps seems a tad outdated and the tides don't match up exactly between the promo and map. There's also supposedly a boat ramp around there, but not sure if it's out of shot or now defunct and overgrown with trees.

For what it's worth, the Wikipedia article for this season says that there will be 16 legs, and some of the cities Beau mentioned in the above clip made the "Future Legs" section.

16 legs is probably just a placeholder. At *minimum*, unless we've got a bunch of legs like the old "fly here, now fly here" finales, there's eighteen legs. And 21 is significantly more likely.
