Update from Argentina:

Two terrestrial crossings have been enabled to allow the entering of foreigners, one in the area of the Iguazú Falls via the Tancredo Neves bridge that connects with Foz do Iguaçu in Brazil and the other via the Los Libertadores International Crossing that connects with Chile. They will work as a pilot test for the upcoming openings that will start on October 1st.

Perfect example of why one needs to look at regions of a country in terms of Covid-19 travel restrictions. Those can be local, and can change overnight.
