The contestants find themselves battling as much with the heat as with each other. It's a mad dash to the end as the teams do all they can to avoid being eliminated from the race.

The teams hit Hanoi, for the toughest challenges yet!
Tom & Tyler might of won the day, but a true grit by a mum & daughter won our hearts and won them a reprieve!
Tonight, as the teams head into the hills of Northern Vietnam, the temperature rises and one team explodes!
But, in the competition's biggest twist, one team will give everything to survive!

For the fourth leg of the Race, we are in Ninh Binh, Vietnam, 100km from busy Hanoi!
Tom & Tyler depart first!
ROUTE INFO: Make your way to the Hoa Lu Ancient Citadel and make 4 bundles of some type of sticks and deliver them to another temple to receive your next clue!
Viv & Joey are Vietnamese and Tim & Rod need to make sure that they target Joey on this leg!
Teams have 1.25 million Vietnamese Dong for this leg of the Race! :funny:
Rowah & Amani were saved by an NEL last leg and now need to complete a Speed Bump this leg!

All teams have now arrived at the Citadel and they are struggling to find the task location! :funny:
The GPS is shouting at Viv & Joey's Taxi Driver in Vietnamese and they are STILL LOST! :groan:
Hayley & Mikayla are the first at the task location! They need to make 4 bundles of 2kg each of incense and then deliver them to another temple!
They need to make their sticks from a MASSIVE pile of incense!
Tim & Rod and Femi & Nick arrive! Finally, Footy Boys arrive!
Rowah & Amani find their Speed Bump!
SPEED BUMP: Prepare FIVE bundles of incense, instead of FOUR!
