Maanca:
Should be episode 10, Alen :)

There's what to looks to be a Route Marker task of identifying jams by taste. Also something with singing.

Detour is sledge hockey or apple picking. No mention of a U-Turn or One-Way in the preview. Maybe that's really it this season.

Going to Wolfville, Nova Scotia (preview starts with overhead shot of the University Hall at Acadia University)
FYI: University mascot - Axemen or Axewomen (PR shot of Jon on sledge hockey sled with mascot)

Jam/Jelly tasting - possible Road Block (Lauren, Anthony & Sarah seen there)

Anthony & James are at Sledge Hockey, a paralympic sport - I saw this at the 2010 Paralympic Games in Vancouver and it's more vicious than normal ice hockey (probable location Andrew H. McCain arena near University)

Apple sorting - Dave & Irina, Lauren & Joanne

Linda BC2:
By new photos posted on facebook - The Amazing Race Canada some new info:

The jam/jelly tasting was at the Tangled Garden in Grand Pre. In the photo with Lauren you can see the red Road Block envelope.

* Route info at Elderkin’s Market in Wolfville. Photo of Dave & Irina running from black pickup. Oops - not apple sorting but where they get their Detour clue - see yellow envelope Dave & Irina are holding.

New promo released has teams in trucks hooking up trailers.

* I think I found the apple sorting orchard! There is a photo of Dave & Irina sorting apples with a little village in the background - Port Williams - and by sight lines they are at the large apple farm next to Noggins Corners farm off Sunnyside Rd.

Sarah & Sam seen at sledge hockey.
