Who is that next to Amy in the Bungee task? (Maybe an helper because of her hearing impair?)

I guess Bungee is roadblock: Amy/Joanne are doing it

Maybe we have two roadblock like last leg?
The Cave task seems to be also a roadblock: Sarah & Lauren are seen working together/Dave/Trish are doing it
(Sam/Amy/Irina are seen waiting when the 'cheater cheater' is spoken)

Can we I.D who is Trish talking to when she say: I can't believe you just did that, with the jacket?

My thoughts:

ROADBLOCK - Bungee Jump https://wildplay.com/nanaimo/

DETOUR - CAVING OR CLAMMING

CAVING: Horne Lake Caves provincial park - 1 hr north of Nanaimo
https://hornelake.com
Dave & Irina, Sam & Sarah, Trish & Amy, Lauren & Joanne, Meghan & Marie?

I think it's Dave (or Irina) walking past Trish - flash of a camo jacket

CLAMMING: still trying to ID beach
Possible beachcombing for clams? maybe even geoduck clams  :funny:

PITSTOP - Coombs "Goats on the Roof"

Assuming the clam digging is a Detour, if that were me, I sure as hell wouldn't be doing it.

Apparently those low tide flats where people dig for clams can become like quicksand if you walk into the wrong spot. My mom once told me it happened to my grandmother in Nova Scotia when she was younger, she sunk down to her waist.

You’re right there Maanca. You’ve got to time the tides right or you end up waiting several hours.

But if the cave is a detour, why do we only see one member doing it? And the other partner waiting..

That’s just my thoughts - I could be completely wrong. I think it’s because I don’t see the teams doing the caving at the beach and vice versa.

You are right! Maybe it's a two part challenge, like one team member has to look for something, to give to the other team member?

New pictures on the facebook page of Amazing Race Canada (don't know how to put them here) shows everybody doing the Clam challenge. So I think we are also having two roadblocks (Bungee and Cave), Clam must be route info.

Could clamming and caving been the detour but teams gave up on one or they were both really hard  that they couldn’t do, therefore taking penalties? The above interview seems to indicate several teams took the penalty.
