The VIACOM release did say that ALL FUTURE EPISODES of TAR would be there.
I think the past has to remain on Hulu for legal/ownership reasons. Have no idea about 30 and 31 and why they are different.

I don't have much use for CBS All Access. I've been trying to watch Tough As Nails on CBS All Access and every time, the first ad loads and gets to 29 seconds done out of 30 seconds and freezes. It never goes to the show. It does this on 3 different browsers. Why should I sign up and pay for that? Especially with no past TAR episodes? At least I can watch TAR seasons 1 through 29 through Amazon Prime.

Plaid on, I watch using the CBS app on an IPad. You still get the commercials.
The second way I can watch it is with the AT&T TV app on my IPad, and set it to record. Once it’s recorded, Ican watch that way. The fast forward functionality works, btw. I don’t use my mobile browsers or my browsers on my notebooks to watch.

Thanks for the tip, theschnauzers! I've been trying to watch on my PC. I hadn't tried my iPad. I'm not sure why it didn't occur to me to try the iPad except that I generally watch video on my PC since I don't have to worry about battery usage.
