If CBS stuck with the dreadful ratings of shows like Magnum PI and God Friended Me last year, I'd say their fall schedule is pretty much impregnable. Thursday is the newest night, since Big Bang is done, but it's all comedies with a new drama at 10.
Personally, I wouldn't hold my breath for a 2019 return.

CBS' new drama All Rise premiered with a low 0.7 demo rating. Maybe they'll pull it?

I checked last week ratings for CBS and there are lot of shows with ratings between 0.6 - 0.8.
Bob Hearts Abishola - 0.7
All Rise - 0.6
Bull - 0.6
NCIS New Orleans - 0.7
SEAL Team - 0.7
S.W.A.T - 0.6
The Unicorn - 0.8
Mom - 0.8
Carol's second act - 0.7
Evil - 0.6
Hawai Five0 - 0.7
Magnum P.I - 0.6
Blue Bloods - 0.6
God Friended Me - 0.7
NCIS Los Angeles - 0.7
Madam Secretary - 0.4
Yeah, some of these shows aired at 10PM, to be fair.
11 episodes of TAR31 had only 2x 0.7 rating, and other 9 episodes had 0.8 or higher rating.
My point is... Why is TAR treated like trash when it has similiar rating results like other CBS shows? I don't get it.

I don't think it ii a matter of being treated like trash.
Rather perhaps of knowing we can hold down our time slot whatever that may be. AND (more importantly perhaps) the delayed viewing stats are VERY good and that is important today.
And something we ALL should do as much as possible.
I don't fear for TAR (much). I think for now we can look forward to 32 airing sometime after the New Year, and hope for a new 33 filming before long.
Remember too that CBS owns 10 and they have just renewed TAR Aus. I think there is a good bit of loyalty to the franchise.
SO whenever 32 airs: WATCH LIVE, DISCUSS on Social Media, AND REWATCH over and over and over. 7 day ratings are important.
OooohMeredith:
Survivor pulled a 1.4 this past Wednesday, and SEAL Team lost 50% of that lead in, pulling a 0.7. All Rise is taking on water fast and it's not owned by CBS, so they're not gonna put up with a new show, with no buzz, pulling in a 0.6. All Rise is going against MNF, but Progidal Son pulled a .8 compared to All Rise's .6.
