Prediction:

The Reward involves coffee.  One of Amy's tribe mates spills Amy's coffee.  Amy-the-Executioner vows that person must go.  For the third week in a row, Amy singlehandedly eliminates a player.

Even if all of that isn't right, I'd bet the final sentence is correct if Yasur goes to Tribal Council!
