So you think the leg would start tomorrow?
The question is: if the leg yesterday was in Charlevoix, why would they drive to Quebec city to park at la gare du palais, then take a taxi to an overnight stop or hotel, then wait one extra day, and then start leg 9 tomorrow. Why not sleep in Charlevoix, there is plenty of hotels there... I'm confused

That does raise the question: what are they doing in Charlevoix if there wasn’t a leg there?

I'm guessing Chavoix/St. Joseph was a leg but due to the weather in the area, they had teams drive to Quebec for the remainder of the pitstop. It's as best as I can put it.

True. It's an hour NE of Quebec City, they're not going to gallivant that far out of the way for nothing.

But then why make the teams drive themselves to the train station? Why not to the hotel?
My best guest was that teams had to sign up to a Train or a bus leaving today or tomorrow! So that would just make tt the start of leg 9, but not a leg in quebec city
