Someone in the Jon on the Road FB post said he was at Dill's Farm in Windsor. Windsor NS is known as the birthplace of hockey, specifically on Long Pond on the Dill Farm...so the "Puckin' Apples" would be an aptly named task.

I saw this set up at Elderkins when I drove by this morning. Wondered what was going on. Just a guy and a guy with a camera standing around. Neat”
Elderkins farm market is south-west of Wolfville not far from the University on the main highway
I think this was Jon’s LIVE location- not Dill’s farm. It’s right off the main road, lots of parking, the sun from the right direction, careful cropping out of a kids play structure on the right.
