Bottom Pic, the 2 females matches the backpacks of the Production Team shown above. The brunettes team have different shades of colors on their backpacks.

It would be correct. The top pic is a brunette F/F in black top (11th team according to Peach), while the bottom pic that F/F is a production team wear a sweater. The facial and hair expressions are more different.
