I've been looking into that. I've seen posts showing the Superdome lit up with red, yellow, and blue lights. In addition, one road was barricaded with police outside the stadium. I'm not 100% sure.

Not overly surprised the Superdome was used as the finish line. Cool location and I wonder if they had a internal set up like WWE used.
