Is the NY DA investigating CBS or Moonves? Does this mean Les could possibly be charged with something? Kinda confused.

From what I can see, they are investigating the charges against Moonves, and requesting related info from CBS.

I’ve read it may delve into the widespread claims of covering up the harassment and abuse in the New York jurisdiction as well if they uncover specific evidence. (Similar to how other states have been looking into widespread coverups of abuse in the Catholic Church.)
