Could the puzzle be: Queen of the Square? We know teams were spotted at the Queen of the Square Cinema, Stratford City Hall Auditorium

Queen = Queen
Dove - D = Ove = Of
Teapot = T + HE = The
Square = Square

As for the leg I think it will be something like:

Land in Toronto
Drive to Equinox assembly plant (Sign up for Hour of Operation)
Route info Task at Assembly Plant (or maybe they do the task at night and the HoO is in Stratford
Drive to Stratford
Detour: Word puzzle or Chocolate
City Hall (Queen at the Square)
Roadblock: Shakespeare roadblock

Maybe the roadblock is before the detour (and the pitstop is Queen at the Square)

Seems like a great, secluded place for a Pit Stop, yeah. Watch the greeter be "William Shakespeare" like we had James Cook last season :P

It's probably the Pit Stop. Side note the same cinema is hosting a screening party of this episode.

I seem to remember one of the press who followed them that day posted a pic with their foot on the mat - prob on IG or FB. And posted before teams were sighted in T.O. It was outside.
