TAR Canada 6: Speculation & Discussion of SPOILERS

WindsorSue:
Re: Lansdowne Station. I looked for places of interest nearby.

The only thing that I can see there is a BMO at the corner of Bloor & Lansdowne. Are they a sponsor again this year? If so, why this branch? Is the Pitstop nearby?
The only possibilities I see for a Pitstop are High Park further west, or Marilyn Bell Park to the south. The latter is a stretch, on the shores of Lake Ontario but she was a Canadian "hero".
The only other place that jumps out at me is St. Anne's Anglican Church. It's not normally the kind of place we'd expect them to go EXCEPT for one thing. It's interior was decorated by the Group of Seven.
There is also Christie Pits or Casa Loma.
That's all I got.  :duno:

It's from Leg 7 (or 6 who knows)

At this point, 6 teams were spotted in Toronto:

2/4/5/6/7/8
Probably our final 6, unless another teams shows up later, then we had 7 teams in Stratford/Toronto

Maanca:
If they're in Toronto, and therefore near Pearson...think they're about to go international again?

stunami:
I'm soooo confused lol

If Jon's facebook live is really live, that means they are still racing in Toronto today?
Or he filmed it yesterday and they are showing it today?

No matter what, it means that the double-uturn is in Toronto, therefore there was a detour here.
This whole leg, KOR 2 legs, or whatever is really confusing.... It started Saturday night in Toronto, Sunday in Stratford and then another leg in Toronto?

Leafsfan:
The bookstore is closed today (Monday), which would make it ideal for a hidden location for a double u turn. But we had teams trying to get there yesterday? ???
