Fredericton's the only capital that's never been seen, but right now...I would hope not, at least not until the end of the race. The Saint John River, which pretty much runs through the whole middle of the province including there, the spring thaw is a huge mess.

Fredericton is in rough shape right now due to the floods!

That didn't stop them last year in Ottawa, I remember there was also flood and we didn't think they were going to go!
