Thank god they didn’t win. As soon as I saw the final task I said “oh god, they’re gonna ace this.” And then they were the only ones who got it wrong! :lol:

I'm rewatching Season 1 now (for Wiki work), and it's so much a different show. HMLM has changed a lot, some for worse but mostly for better.
Tonight I watched the leg in Japan, and got to relive the tense medical emergency that Margalit suffered. I don't mean to demean her suffering by saying this, but it was really enjoyable drama to watch that unfold. Margalit started feeling extreme pain about half an hour into their flight from HCM City to Tokyo...that flight takes five and a half hours!! Margalit literally endured my worst nightmare.
Her situation was really the only time in the history of the show that anyone was removed for a (For lack of a better term) "random" medical problem. Teams have been medically withdrawn before, but it's always something they did to themselves in some way by injuring themselves or pushing themselves too hard. Margalit just happened to get a severe infection, something that could really happen to anyone at any time.
I hope her and Hannah are doing well today. They seem like the kind of people I would love to make friends with.

gotta say Season 6 ended on a note as mediocre as it started :/ thankfully the midsection was exciting and really kept my interest in this season alive <3
