Has anyone else confirmed this or looked into this? Fits the description that Phil mentioned and has a headline/backstory.

My only issue is it seems from the 2012 article he moved on from lifeguarding, and Peach's description indicated saving 500 people. He helped saved one guy. Could be him though and there's more to his story.
Has anyone else confirmed this or looked into this? Fits the description that Phil mentioned and has a headline/backstory.
