Most seasons have had 1 or 2 of the 1st Leg Top 3 in the Final Leg and of course many first Leg winners have gone on to also win the Race. A few seasons also where teams finished in the same place as their first Leg. But never all 3 teams.
So it would be a first if the Final Leg placements will also be:
Winners: Kristi & Jen
2nd Place: Cody & Jessica
3rd Place: Henry & Evan
It's certainly possible.

Yes this is what i meant. Thank you. our bottom 3 this week would be their final placement as well based on the spoilers if they are correct.

Not sure if this has been mentioned but remember on the flight from Switzerland to Harare where there were photos of Lifeguards, Debaters, and Firefighters seated together? Jessica said in an interview with the Hollywood Reporter that Jody did form an alliance that happened organically, which likely means Jody, Skiiers, and Indy were together on the flight (in the front of the plane/in the front of the pack). Also, Ring Girls did an interview on Rob Has a Podcast and said Jody were targeted by everyone from the start, but Dessie and Kayla wanted to make an alliance with Jody.

Judging from the season-long preview, it looks like we may have 3 big tasks for the HK leg?
A task in Aberdeen? (Though we lost them there)
RB at central pier (in preview）
Task at Lan Kwai Fong (Indy's elimination / Jody's sighting)
It looks good for a HK leg! (Previous HK legs except TAR17 ate all lame)

Speculation theory:
After this first head-to-head, most people believe the next one will be in St-Tropez, France (aka leg 4) with the Pétanque task.
I think it will also lead to elimination:
If I'm not mistaken, the task is taking place at the same place of the pitstop (Place des Lices)
We saw some teams hanging in the background of some pictures (The competitive eaters), which would mean that this team lost and are waiting for the next team.
And we have a picture of two teams at the mat at the same time: The lifeguards and the Basketballers. I think they are the last two teams to check in (like we just had with the firefighters and Goat Yoga).
And we never saw team Basketball after that... So I would guess that they got Eliminated, with Lifeguards being in 8th place
