Okay, so from what I know:y

Caps 1-7 + 10-11: Québec City Airport

Caps 51-52: Is the fountain at Place Jean-Pelletier, right next to the train station and the water (Fleuve St-Laurent)
Caps 60-64 is Édifice Marie-Guyart. It's the highest tower in Québec City. At the top you have the observatoire de la capitale,
 which has a nice view of the whole city (Maybe a spot your next clue type of thing?)

We already know about the Chute Montmorency

And we already knew about Morin Center but now we can confirm it's for the Puzzle Task:

Not sure on the finish line, Quebec City probably has like 5,000 parks with gazebos :P

If you look at picture 87, you can see the Gazebo and a small round picnic table,
but behind the text, in the middle of the picture, there seems to be something on the ground, like a well or a statue?
