As I thought seeing the horse task, the grooming is only part of it, it apparently has them taking part in the RCMP Musical Ride. (There's a press pic on Ryan's FB of him on the horse with them)

Just what the name implies. It's an annual show they do across the country, my hometown used to have one before it got moved, where officers ride their horses in formations, waving flags and the like, to music. That'll be difficult no doubt.

Granth:
Educated guess is that the equestrian challenge will be a cross between the Show It Detour in Normandy (a.k.a. the half without the Bayeux Tapestry) and both sides of the Magadalen Isles one.
