My first assumption on #7 is they're maybe musicians. The casual suit and tie is kind of a punk rock thing.

I think I figured out where #8 looks familiar to me from.
Just for Laughs Gags, it's a hidden camera prank show filmed in Montreal. I'm sure I saw a face like his on the show, but it's all silent (just music, SFX and laugh tracks) so it's hard to find the actors' names. Haven't seen a match, unfortunately.
