1-3 is in Manila (in the Ep6 preview + I recognize PSBank)
4-6 is also in Manila (can't identify the bus station, but it's in the Ep6 preview & it's probably when they go to Vigan)
7-8 are also in Manila (in the Ep6 preview)
13-14 are probably from the Vigan leg since JK & Mike are wearing the same clothes in 24-25 (probably Vigan since Mike isn't wearing sleeves during the target RB, which are 16-19)
22-23 are Yogyakarta Airport shots (see those vs. this: https://yogyamoonhotel.files.wordpress.com/2010/03/taxiboothimmigrationexitgate1.jpg)
26-27 are probably also from Vigan (background is similar to 13-14)
28-29 are the same as 9-12
35-36 are the volcano in Banyunwangi methinks
37-38: Vigan Cathedral (https://media-cdn.tripadvisor.com/media/photo-s/02/63/e6/3b/st-pauls-cathedral-from.jpg)
39 looks like Manila (Eric looks to be wearing the same shirt in the Ep6 preview)
41 is probably from the mud task in 9-12 / 28-29, and probably on the same leg as the dragon float task in 32-33 (Louisa is wearing the same outfit, though it's cleaner so idk)
44 is probably in Vigan since Tom & Anita are toast next leg
45-46 looks to be in Yogyakarta (as said above compare the helmets to those in 52-53, which probably makes JK the falling guy in 56-59)
47 is also probably in Vigan (see 44)
48 & 49 were in Vietnam
54-55 also look to be in the Banyunwangi volcano

I believe the mud task is in Banyuwangi. If you recall from the intro, we've seen this shot:
That's a local tradition in Banyuwangi called "Kebo-Keboan" where people dressed like an Ox to bless their rice field after crop season
I guess it's safe to say that caps 9-12, 28-29 and 41 is from Banyuwangi leg (also 32-33 because Louisa has same muddy t-shirt with 41)
