Wow the editing on this was bad. Just after the start elim all the teams were searching for taxis and all I could think was where are they're going?? WTH!
Still feel like I don't know any of the teams - it was all tasks, tasks, tasks. I still can't tell the difference between the two sets of beauty queens lol.

For what it's worth I didn't see ActiveTV at all in the credits and it's now Sony handling it.
Hopefully the editing improves, yes. It felt very odd that the episode loved to hold back on showing the "CURRENTLY IN XTH PLACE" or even the Team Names allthroughout.
And Tara Basro's delivery is just not powerful enough. It felt absolutely jarring when she was detailing the Detour and Active Route Info instructions.
In addition, I'm not sure how helpful this is, but Sony Channel Asia also shows TARA5 so just check your schedules. It's airing replays at random times (Episode 1 is in 10 minutes) and Episode Two will join its rotation for the entirety of the season.

That wasn't a strong episode. It was just really awkward cramming a Start Line Elim and whole leg in 40 minutes (it should have been an extended premaire).
I hope later episodes pick up in quality.

Seems like TARA has sold out to their sponsors just like TARLA, expect to see a drop in task design creativity and producers to stop caring about traditions. I kind of expect seeing things like three legs in a row without a Roadblock, a twist like the Double Battle or even a U-Turn before a Detour.
