I believe they are only doing the first two, but I have asked.

They were quite slow, it is up now and we have it as well.

Too bad. I would think that Indonesia Tourism and other sponsors would LOVE reaching out to a large group of American and European viewers! heee, raise your hand if you have been to Singapore, Thailand, or Indonesia? Very popular tourist destinations.
