We start with a recap of last episode. They highlight the detour and uturns. Emmett was left speechless at the RB (they show him messing up lol). Joel and Ashley fought themselves to a podium finish. SK won their leg and handed in their unused EP. After struggling through a visually demanding leg JL were eliminated :(

Intro

Leafsfan:
City Hall will be the start point for this leg

9:09 am - SK

Teams must make their way by train and plane to Havana Cuba.

10:35 - Twins

JA - 10:45

Jemmett 10:58 am

FA - 10:59 am

Teams are connecting via Toronto

Find: a fort, and find a replica of Canada's most famous ship: The Bluenose

Detour: Sugar or Shake

Sugar: Havana Club museum , push sugarcane through manual extractor, and extract 15 canes, then hand deliver the juice to customers in a park.

Shake: Learn Casino Salsa dance, when they think they have mastered it, they will perform it.

Jemmett and SK choose sugar. They hop into those cars from the spoilers (with a driver)

Leafsfan:
All other teams choose .

Frankie is overwhelmed at the dance detour

Emmett - most intense workout (the sugar cane extraction) he is ever had.

JA arrive at the dance along with the twins.

Ashley likes to lead so she isn't too thrilled with the detour.

SK are catching up to Jemmet in the extraction

SK get their press jammed.

Jemmet are done, and now have to deliver two trays each of drinks to the park.

Steph cuts herself using a knife (as she tries to remove the sugarcane from the press), she cries and says the title quote.
