He posted it using Instagram Stories, the Snapchat-ish new feature. It's not on his regular Instagram posts. If you're using the Instagram app, it should be right on the top of the main feed.

Aha! Great find! Yup, that looks like JK & Mike.
So JK & Mike and Eric & Rona survive the Philippine Leg maybe.
Singapore would be logical for the short time between it and the Philippines. Teams would have plenty of flights to choose from if they left Vigan Friday morning to catch any of the evening flights to Singapore.
Are there caves in Singapore though?
