My first thought was one of the Detours in New Zealand in TAR2.

They were in a cable car in a canyon and had to bungee jump from it.

TAR rappelled down from a cable car once too right...

I don't think it's a bungee jump or rappelling. TPTB & Jon have said it's "different" and it's going to freak us all out. :escape
There is a ladder hanging there, and you can see Ashley hanging upside down.
Clue retrieval on the outside/bottom of the car? Or a clue/word they have to see?
They wouldn't make them swing, would they?

There's also kayaking, which looks to be before they leave Yellowknife (great soundbite from Lowell there, "I'm blind and I'm steering"), but the preview didn't reveal much else.

About the only thing we had in Jasper was them doing something on the lodge counter. Maybe just getting directions.
