Graduated New Milford High School in 1996.
Enlisted in the US Army as a Chinese Interrogator 97E
Basic Training at Fort Jackson, S.C
Attended the Defense Language Institute/Foreign Language Center in Monterey, Calif., for a 68-week course Chinese Mandarin
U.S. Army Airborne school at Fort Benning, Ga (Paratrooper)
Officer training (basic and advanced courses) at Fort Jackson, S.C.
Married her husband (previous rank of Lt Col., current unknown) Scott Anthony (Tony) Carr in May 2004. He is a West Point Graduate 1986, served in Afghanistan.

Naples, Italy, Chinese foreign area officer within
China.
