The person in orange is crew. The other is Emmett. Check those first pics that confirmed Emmett and Jillian - he is wearing the same gray tank top.

Let me summarize, LOL. The discussion made it seem like both team members were performing the task. It's a Roadblock. The guy in orange is the crew member. Emmett is on the right. Look at the tank top, shoes and tats!
