It didn't come in until after-the-fact.
Cuba was among the international destinations out of Toronto the day they left from Kingston.

There were 5, but that doesn't mean anything. Several times we have noticed more cars necessary for the number of teams remaining. I believe there were 20 cars reported in Kingston.
