That's actually Polish version of "Peking Express", called "Azja Express" (Asia Express), according to this fresh article:

Hello - I saw them today around 1:45pm, still here in Prince Rupert... walking along 1st Avenue, then venturing back to the Crest Hotel. I will try and upload the three photos I did manage to snag.
