I expect that once the decision was made to have an all social media season, the producers went back in the files of applicants that didn't quite make the cut in past seasons and looked for those with social media followings. That probably pointed them to Matt and Dana and maybe a few other teams.

When I think of this team I think of them as frontrunners but then I realize they have the same amount of Top 3/1st finishes as Zach & Rachel... Meh
