I think this is probably a TAR Israel sighting. The woman tweeting this appears to be a Canadian working in either Australia or New Zealand.

It was taken at the Royal Exhibition building and shows a team getting ready to use what looks like a giant human sized hamster wheel. It might be the same team as in the picture above. Also, there are 4 wheels there, so this may be the first team to arrive.
