Looks like the girls are boarding the Thalys TGV train which departs Gare du Nord (Paris) for Rotterdam.

The instructions read: Deliver pilot to CIEMF (probably could have guessed a pilot boat from the bow anyway). CIEMF is a Buenos Aires-based maker of shipping simulators. But the screen setup and controls most closely resemble the full mission bridge simulator from Vstep (see here and here). Maybe they just named the target CIEMF for grins.

Maybe something similar to the Detour in Panama of TARLA 1.
Quoting this from our Wiki page:
"Timonel/Timoneiro: Teams had to find the marine training school, where they would get to pilot a boat simulator. They had to drive their boat through an area of the Panama Canal without running into any other boats. Once 15 minutes had passed without any crashes, teams would get their next clue."
