"Get In There and Think Like A Dog"--In this Road Block, Logan/James Earl/Krista/Tanner/Cindy must learn to tango then perform the steps sideways on a wall in order to receive the next clue
In Detour A, Jazine and Danielle/Jin and Earnest/Tiffany and Krista/Rick and Cindy/Alex and Adam must collect 100 kilograms of cardboard and deliver it to the collection truck in order to receive the next clue

So Detour A is essentially Canada 3 Leg 11's "Paper" Detour but with cardboard (They had to fill 2 bins with 13 kg of paper recyclables)
