All though there maybe 2 boots, they would still be considerded Number 3 and Number 4.
Example: Hey XXX when were you voted out?
XXX: I was the 4th voted out.
Wouldn't matter which episode it is really, you have to remember 18 Survivors, 2 have to go out in 1 episode. ;)
