The caps of Ernest & Jin Lao are from Buenos Aires. I'm still trying to find the exact location, but it could be in the surrounding area of the Campo Argentino of Polo.

The biplane that was capped from the preview has a "F" prefix registration number on the tail, and F is the ICAO code for France.

It is located in the City of dreams
The following is my assumption(According to my experience)
Shuttle bus are provided in various hotels in macau such as Venetian macau,the buses will freely provide the people to go to elsewhere in macau(Hotels,tourist spots and piers etc)
As we are lacking the information about the teams in macau, shuttle bus is the alternate transport for the teams except taxi
