I think that what Ernest & Jin Lao are doing in this cap on the streets of Buenos Aires is collect recycable materials from the recycling dumpsters.

What they are using is a classic "Cartonero" cart.

This is how is called the people who collects recycable materials through the streets of the city, an activity that started during the 2001 economic crisis as a way for the unemployee people to earn some money to feed their family.

Cap 16 is Notre Dame de Paris.

Caps 60-64 are Wieliczka Salt Mine near Krakow.

The picture is similar where one of the pairing teams traversing into the mine shaft with a rail tracks at the foreground, a similar shot is seen at the right of the picture below.

34 and 35 looks like it could be a ship piloting simulator. Maybe in Rotterdam?

Here's a link to one of the simulator pages at the Netherlands Maritime University website. NMU appears to be in the Rotterdam area. It's not an exact match to the screen cap, but it's similar.

The following is my assumption(According to my experience)

Shuttle bus are provided in various hotels in macau such as Venetian macau,the buses will freely provide the people to go to elsewhere in macau(Hotels,tourist spots and piers etc)

As we are lacking the information about the teams in macau, shuttle bus is the alternate transport for the teams except taxi

Coming from the Netherlands, I know they most probably flew in from Schiphol as that is the Netherlands' main airport and Rotterdam/The Hague are both accessible within an hour from Schiphol. Rotterdam/The Hague Airport is no big deal. There is also a direct train from Paris to Amsterdam however.

There is also a huge possibility they visited both cities, as they form a metropolitan area together and are connected easily by train, bus or even taxi. The port task in the preview is probably in Rotterdam, as it has the largest port in Europe and once the largest port in the world.

For Cap 102, Tanner & Josh are seen holding what seems to be a huge fruit or vegetable. I researched on it and found one. It's called the Ash Gourd, popularly known as the Winter Melon which is native to South Asia/Southeast Asia. Below is the pic from website based in Agra, India. So Tanner & Josh made it to India?

I do think it is from Africa as well
Highly speculated that is from Leg 5 as TAR always set the first Africa leg as NEL
and they rarely place W-turn on NEL (only season 13 and 15 did)

In the last two days, the Des Moines CBS affiliate and the Des Moines Register have finally realized and reported on the Des Moines native who is racing this season. The CBS affiliate even filmed a special promo with Adam in one of the most public areas downtown, the pappajoun Sculpture Garden in Western Gateway Park. I was shocked when I saw that. They could have been airing that earlier and built a buzz for this season in the local market. Not to mention that CBS eleased the info, as well know, on the day filming started in Venice Beach.
