You'd think this would be an easy one--an address (70 Mahatma Gandhi Road) and a postal code (700-009) that puts it in the same neighborhood as the other cap. But it's not a match--MG road is
a wide street with divided traffic. So I don't know...???

The start, as near as I can make it, was at the clock tower next to the Delta Bessborough.
Mallick Ghat flower market
Next to the flower market is the Armenian Ghat.
Bagbazar Ghat
There was a sign above the pottery shop for two people named Paul (not the same as TAR18 or TARPN). Unfortunately, no listing for either one. However, you can see
a sign for Annapurna (40 Banamali Sarkar) across the street (see picture below).
