Fantastic episode tonight! Tough. Challenging. Some surprises. And the Iles de la Madeleine look wonderful.

Previously on The Amazing Race Canada...
Teams headed back home to Canada where some teams clawed their way through 1 side of the detour and others scraped the bottom of the barrel. A big revelation and a budding friendship got Brent & Sean the EP. In a leg dedicated to her parents, exes Dujean & Leilani won 1st place. A misplaced passport left Hamilton & Michaelia at the back of the pack, getting them eliminated.
8 teams remain.
Polaroid:
Dujean & Leilani depart 1st at 1:30AM. Fly to Les Iles de la Madeleine. They're going to the airport.
Brian & Cynthia - 1:51 AM. Cynthia not sure where they are.
Nick & Matt - 2:36 AM. They know they're a 1st place team but they haven't proved it yet.
Brent & Sean - 2:52 AM. Simi & Ope - 3:31 AM. Neil & Kristin - 3:32 AM. You have 1 loonie for this leg of the race. :lol:
Gino & Jesse - 3:39 AM. They say they're better than a 7th team. Nic & Sabrina - 4:14 AM. They're confident that they can be first. They're going back to their home province.
All teams on the same flight. Once landed, Chevy Colorado with a clue. With a photo to reference, they will pack their truck with 2 kayaks and camping stuff. Once their truck is ready, they can proceed. Proceed to Plage de la dune du sud. CAUTION: 2X U-TURN AHEAD.

Kristin is excited for this leg because she has experience with camping and kayaking stuff. Nic & Sabrina having trouble and same with Brent & Sean. Gino & Jesse 1st to leave. Brian & Cynthia 2nd to leave. Neil & Kristin done in 3rd.
Gino & Jesse found their clue. RB: Who's the king of the castle? 1 racer will have to recreate a sandcastle. Using an example for reference, the team member will have to build the sandcastle around their partner and bury their partner loooool. There are walls and windows and stuff for the sandcastle.
Brian & Cynthia arrive. Cynthia doing the RB. Cynthia: "Think warm thoughts." :lol: Cynthia starts getting dirt on Brian's crotch area and Brian says for her to not get sand on him too hard. :lol:
Neil doing the RB. "I've buried my daughter semi-alive... Hasn't stopped her from talking."
Ope doing the RB. Wrestlers arrive. Dujean & Leilani arrive. Brent & Sean arrive.
Gino using wet sand because it stays compact.
