About Nic and Sabrina
Sabrina and Nic met through an Italian-Canadian association in Montréal after both having recently moved back from Italy. They have been dating for a little over a year, and while there’s no ring on her finger, these two know they’re getting married and spending the rest of their lives together.

The lovebirds are extremely high energy, fun loving, and have a good sense of humour. Nic keeps Sabrina grounded with his sweet and protective nature, while Sabrina’s quick wit and ability to work well under pressure will get the team through the fast-paced race.

Nic played soccer professionally in Italy and was moving up the ranks when he sustained an unfortunate shoulder injury. This put an early end to his career at the young age of 20, however, Nic continues to support the soccer community as a coach.

Sabrina and Nic enjoy going to soccer matches together, cooking, and having a great heated argument. The two can also never say no to a good cuddle.

“We also love to travel, having lived in Europe – both in Italy and me in London as well. Our dream travel destination is Madagascar.” says Sabrina. Living abroad required them to be extremely courageous and now they are excited to see their home country together on the race.

Sabrina and Nic both grew up speaking four languages: French, Italian, Spanish and English. Sabrina believes this will come in handy during THE AMAZING RACE CANADA and plans to leverage this to the team’s benefit.

With the winnings, their goal is to start their new life together and get married. Sabrina would also use the winnings to pay down her mortgage and Nic would use the money to pay for his tuition.

My job allows me to keep fit so that was easy, the perks of being a soccer coach. Oh and lots of memory games.

We’re Canadian, we’re passionate and we’re fiery…red was ideal!

Products for my curly hair.

How did you train for the race? - Sabrina
A lot of strategizing. We put ourselves in many different situations.
