I found this tweet that gives some details about when the upcoming legs will be filmed:

HG will go to Spain, France, Mauritius, South Africa & Nepal for shooting Amazing Race in July/August. Turkey on 28-30 June
3 weeks until the next leg if the Han Geng fans can be believed (and so far they have been on target)!
I find Nepal to be rather doubtful, but we'll see.
