Most likely due to her presence on the SLT and/or airport. :) Peach would never post false information.

I suspect it is Lagoa........the lagoon. Lagoa is the lagoon behind Ipanema/Leblon. The helipad is right next to the Jockey Club horse racing track, right on the water of the lagoon. It is about a 20-30 minute taxi ride from the airport.
Seems like it was mentioned in TAR 18 too.......this particular helipad
