Could that be Logan (of Logan & Chris)? She has short hair and same hair color. From the pic, it looks like a bungee jump.

If it is TAR, that would just about have to be Logan since she's the only brunette with a short haircut. However, I'd expect TAR would have them wearing protective head gear with a camera mounted on it. The shirt with film crew bothers me a bit too, but since they hire local help, the shirt isn't proof one way or the other.
