There is a Calle Bartolome Mitre in Buenos Aires. Google Earth also has streets of the same name in several other cities too though. Not sure, but since one is named Calle Presidente Bartolome Mitre, I assume he was a former President of Argentina.

I made some caps of the opening skirmish from the Buenos Aires video, so that we can figure out who was ahead of the cheerleaders. I believe it is Buenos Aires because there is a black and yellow taxi with a square sign on the door as they are in Bs As. Other cities in Argentina also have black and yellow cabs but they come with round signs, checkered patterns, striped patterns... etc.
