If Steph & Kristen's series were kind of a "litmus test" to see how the audience would react (this was a point raised by a friend today), I'm thinking among this list based on how popular/notorious they were with the public.
S1:
-Jet & Dave

-Holly & Brett
S2:
-Sukhi & Jinder
-Cormac & Nicole (Early boot, but Nicole kinda became a TARCan icon for the #NeverGiveUpNicole thing)
-Natalie & Meaghan (would rather not, they were already gamebots with Meaghan's broken hand. Now 4 years later with it fully healed...? But they smashed records for female TAR teams)
S3:
-Hamilton & Michaelia (Again, early boot, but Hamilton got a lot of media attention. The definition of "unfinished business")

-Julie & Lowell (If not too busy with Tokyo 2020 preparation. He already gave up Rio contention to race the last time)

Leg-2 Nunavut to Newfoundland & Labrador
Fly to St. John's. Mummering task, NL Slang RB, visit to George Street
Pitstop:The Battery
Leg-3 Newfoundland & Labrador to Ireland
Fly to Dublin via new sponsor, Westjet. Leprechaun themed FF, Guinness task, Celtic dt
Pitstop:Ha'penny Bridge
Leg-4 Ireland to United Kingdom
Ferry to Liverpool, Train to London. Tour guide RB, Pub themed dt, visit to Buckingham
Leg-5 United Kingdom to New Brunswick
Fly to Fredericton, Acadian tasks

Leg-6 New Brunswick to Jamaica
Fly to Kingston, bobsled task, usian bolt task, bob marley task, reggae task

Leg-7 Jamaica to Alberta
Fly to Calgary, Winsport visit (probably save the bobsled task for before teams leave jamaica), Bus to Banff, climbing RB, pond hockey, prob a faceoff this leg
