There are two different m/f african canadian teams.
This photo shows the first one doing the dance task. The woman has long-blondish braided hair.
The second team have backpacks with the maple leafs on it. You can clearly see them in the same dancing task photo as well.

I don't think it's confirmed. The GianCarlo guy looks similar, but he is posting on social media.
Michael doesn't even have any tattoos or look like our racer... so the team as a whole is not a match imo.

Well, if he's popular enough on social media that fans would notice if he disappeared for a month, he could have a "ghostwriter" posting for him. Some past teams have done that.
