No, they arrived the place where the mini-race took place.
And where is your info about this mini-race will be the first episode? I don't think so because they did the press with only 6 teams (and one team absent and one unrevealed team).

Hot mess. 11 teams and choose only 2 teams. Why didn't they choose 4 or 5 teams? :(

In a post on TARVN's facebook page, they said "Let's watch their (contestants) journey to The Amazing Race 2015", so at least we can watch some "casting scenes" in the first episode or somewhere else!
And I thought they choose 4 'normal' teams, because I saw
'Normal' side
and 'Celebrities' side
